職位描述：

匯報(bào)對(duì)象: 生產(chǎn)總監(jiān) Reporting to: Chief of Production

崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities and Tasks:
• 核算生產(chǎn)訂單的可行性；
Execution of the feasibility checking of production orders;
• 定義和建立生產(chǎn)工作流程并進(jìn)行檢查；
Establishment, definition and check of work procedure/packages for production;
• 建立和維護(hù)工作單；
Establishment and maintenance of work sheets;
• 用計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行相關(guān)調(diào)整；
Making any adjustments using the computerized system;
• 持續(xù)改善工作效率及降低成本；
Continuously improving efficiency and minimizing costs;
• 監(jiān)測(cè)生產(chǎn)相關(guān)擾亂因素并引進(jìn)對(duì)策；
Monitoring of production-relevant variable disturbances and introduction of counter measures;
• 對(duì)特征數(shù)測(cè)定進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)評(píng)估。
Data evaluation for the determination of characteristic numbers.

任職要求Required Qualifications:
1. 工程學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
Bachelor or above degree in engineering or relevant industry;
2. 生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3+ years of production planning experience;
3. 有大型鋼鐵、海上工業(yè)業(yè)或發(fā)電行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
Prior experience in heavy steel products, offshore industry, power plant industry or from wind turbine industry;
4. 良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書(shū)面能力；
Good English Language Skills (verbal & writing skills)；
5. 較強(qiáng)的電腦技巧，包括Word, Excel, PowerPoint和Access；Strong computer skills including knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and Access;
6. 專業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及熟練操作SAP以及其他PPS系統(tǒng)；
Professional experience and the following knowledge: Trusted friend handling SAP and other PPS systems;
7. 愿意常駐廣西北海。
Willingness to locate in Beihai, Guangxi.

匯報(bào)對(duì)象：技術(shù)總監(jiān) Reporting to: Chief of Technology

崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities and Tasks:
• 指導(dǎo)參與風(fēng)電場(chǎng)場(chǎng)地選擇、微觀選址、測(cè)風(fēng)塔和其它設(shè)備的安裝；
Supervise and participate in the site selection, micro-siting and erection of wind measurement masts and equipment;
• 收集并分析風(fēng)能原始數(shù)據(jù)；
Collect and analyze raw wind data;
• 發(fā)展電腦編碼以便于大量風(fēng)能數(shù)據(jù)的分析；
Develop computer codes to facilitate analysis of large quantities of wind data;
• 根據(jù)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)用行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的風(fēng)能軟件進(jìn)行風(fēng)能產(chǎn)出的評(píng)估和研究；
Perform wind energy production assessment studies with industry standard wind software following international standards;
• 就和風(fēng)資源有關(guān)的話題與當(dāng)?shù)卦O(shè)計(jì)院、國(guó)際風(fēng)能顧問(wèn)、當(dāng)?shù)睾蛧?guó)際投資商，還有中國(guó)政府進(jìn)行溝通交流；
Communicate on wind resource related topics with local design institutes, international wind consultants, local and international investors, and Chinese government;
• 能用英語(yǔ)在較高的技術(shù)水平上完成風(fēng)電場(chǎng)的可行性研究報(bào)告和演講。
Prepare wind farm feasibility study reports and presentations in English at a high technical level.

任職要求Required Qualifications:
1. 工程科學(xué)或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
Bachelor or above degree in engineering sciences or other relevant profession;
2. 至少5年以上類似崗位的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position;
3. 對(duì)風(fēng)電行業(yè)和風(fēng)電場(chǎng)可行性研究報(bào)告的編制準(zhǔn)則有極為深刻的了解；
In depth knowledge of wind power industry and guidelines for compiling wind farm feasibility studies;
4. 優(yōu)異的電腦技巧，至少能夠很好地運(yùn)用Word, Excel, PowerPoint和相關(guān)的風(fēng)能分析軟件（例如：WASP）
Excellent computer skills, at minimum excellent capability in Word, Excel & PowerPoint and relevant wind analysis software (e.g. WASP etc);
5. 口頭和書(shū)面的溝通交流能力強(qiáng)，適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)；
Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and adaptation skills;
6. 愿意常駐廣西北海。
Willingness to locate in Beihai, Guangxi.
