崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities and Tasks:
• 進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)手冊(cè)操作，輔料免稅卡的審批和注銷
Export & import business manualSubsidiary materials tax-free card approving from customs and writing off;
• 建立進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)銀行存單；
Export &import business bank list establishing;
• 注銷進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)銀行存單；
Export &import business bank list writing off;
• 當(dāng)?shù)丶巴獾馗劭诘淖?cè)和年審；
Local and other ports registering and annual inspecting;
• 解決當(dāng)?shù)丶巴獾馗劭诤ｊP(guān)通關(guān)問題；
Customs problems in Local and other ports solving;

任職要求Required Qualifications:
1. 國貿(mào)相關(guān)專業(yè)專科及以上學(xué)歷，3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
College or above, major in international trade or related, 3 years related work experience above;
2. 熟悉國際貿(mào)易實(shí)務(wù)操作；
Be familiar with international trade business operation;
3. 熟悉海關(guān)法律法規(guī)，以及進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)程序；
Be familiar with customs laws ®ulations, and the procedure of export & import business;
4. 良好的溝通技巧以及問題解決能力；
Good interpersonal skills and problem solving ability;
5. 愿意常駐廣西北海。
Willingness to locate in Beihai, Guangxi.

匯報(bào)對(duì)象：供應(yīng)鏈經(jīng)理 Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager

崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities and Tasks:
• 編制采購計(jì)劃，跟蹤采購流程的執(zhí)行，確保無聊準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨率；
Establish purchasing plan, track purchasing process execution, guarantee the on time delivery rate;
• 及時(shí)溝通公司生產(chǎn)部門，把握公司生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，并根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，及時(shí)制定采購物料計(jì)劃及下達(dá)采購訂單
Communicate with Production Department timely, grasp company’s production plans, then set up purchasing plans ;
• 協(xié)助采購團(tuán)隊(duì)與供應(yīng)商的談判及合作，保證采購合同的順利鑒定和物料的及時(shí)供應(yīng)并協(xié)調(diào)其他相關(guān)事宜；
Ensure purchasing contact signed smoothly and material supplied timely, and coordinate other related issues;;
• 協(xié)助建立和維護(hù)公司物料采購數(shù)據(jù)庫，及時(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析更新數(shù)據(jù)，形成報(bào)表匯報(bào)有關(guān)上級(jí)；
Set up and maintenance Material Purchasing Data System, statistic and analyze up-date data timely, then report to related superiors in the form of statement;
• 優(yōu)化采購流程和物料供應(yīng)體系，降低公司采購成本，維護(hù)公司利益。
Optimize purchasing processes and materials supply system, reduce purchasing cost and maintenance company’s benefit.

任職要求Required Qualifications:
1. 機(jī)械或電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)本科或?qū)？茖W(xué)歷；
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering;
2. 兩到五年金屬或電子零件采購工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
1-5 years experience in purchasing metal parts or electrical parts;
3. 熟悉含鐵或者非鐵的金屬材料、電力發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、電泵以及變壓器零件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和價(jià)格
Familiar with material standards & prices for ferrous and non-ferrous metals or electrical motors, pumps, LV parts in china;
4. ERP系統(tǒng)、物流以及海關(guān)保稅倉庫管理的培訓(xùn)或證書；
Additional education or certificates in ERP system, logistics and bonded warehouse management;
5. 風(fēng)電行業(yè)同職位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或者發(fā)展迅速小規(guī)模公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
Prior experience in similar position in wind turbine industry or prior experience with a small but fast growing company;
6. 工作刻苦，有系統(tǒng)性，誠實(shí)，能夠作為一名團(tuán)隊(duì)成員分享信息；
Hard working, honest, systematic and capable to work as a team member willing to SHARE information;
7. 熟悉江蘇和華南人文地理，并愿意在北海工作。
Familiar with Jiangsu and south china geography/culture and willing to work in beihai.
