2010年8月，在昌原的Hyosung工廠，機(jī)艙的工廠測(cè)試以及IO測(cè)試成功完成。僅僅在3周之后，Hyosung就在Jeju島上完成了新2MW樣機(jī)的安裝以及主線纜的最后安裝。
調(diào)試以及并網(wǎng)
Kk人員親自前往風(fēng)場(chǎng)參與調(diào)試工作。第一階段首先確認(rèn)所有的安全設(shè)備以及控制系統(tǒng)都工作正常。最后一周，即調(diào)試完成僅2周之后，就完成風(fēng)機(jī)與電網(wǎng)并網(wǎng)發(fā)電。
里程碑
在如此短的時(shí)間內(nèi)就能并網(wǎng)發(fā)電確實(shí)是不小的成就。Kk以及Hyo-sung在此項(xiàng)目上的專注，過硬的技術(shù)，良好的合作以及很好的適應(yīng)能力是此項(xiàng)目成功的關(guān)鍵。雙方都對(duì)此成就感到驕傲。在接下來的時(shí)間，風(fēng)機(jī)會(huì)全功率運(yùn)行，風(fēng)機(jī)的認(rèn)證準(zhǔn)備工作也將開始。
The Hyosung - 2 MW project successfully up and running within scheduled time
August 2010 the Factory Acceptance Test, FAT (I/O test) of the nacelle was completed with success at Hyo-sung’s factory in Changwon. Only 3 weeks later Hyosung was able to finish the erection of the new 2MW protoype turbine on Jeju Island, as well as final installation of the main cables.
Commissioning and on grid
kk-electronic went on-site to participate in the commissioning of the turbine. The first period of time was spent on confirming that all safety and control systems were working correctly. Last week, after only two weeks of commissioning, the turbine was connected to the grid and producing power.
Reaching the milestone
Reaching the milestone of producing power to the grid within this short period of time is quite an achievement. Focus, proper craftsmanship, good cooperation and flexibility from both Hyo-sung and kk made this achievement possible. Both Hyosung and kk can be very proud of this achievement. In the coming days the power production will be increased to full capacity and preparations for certification of the turbine will begin.
